A Full Rebuild in a Residential Building
We took this bathroom in a Manhattan residential building down to the framing and rebuilt it with marble-look tile, a tub, niches and a floating vanity.
The Transformation
This bathroom in a Manhattan residential building was taken down to the framing, so the new work could start from a clean, well-prepared base.
We installed cement board, waterproofed the tub area and set marble-look tile on the walls and floor. Niches built into the shower wall keep everyday items off the tub.
A floating vanity and an arched mirror finish the room. Completed in Manhattan while Mariusz held a New York City home improvement license. Perk Up currently takes new projects in South Jersey.
