Structural Subfloor Repair & Powder Room Remodel

Voorhees, NJ

What Was Hiding Under the Floor

A routine powder room update turned into a structural repair once damaged subfloor joists were uncovered beneath the old vanity.

“Thanks Mariusz we found major floor problems and he was able to fix it. I love working with him, as he has a great sense of design; he proposed some ideas and we collaborated. The work was fast and outstanding.”

The Transformation

This Voorhees powder room started as a cosmetic update but revealed a real problem once demo began — the subfloor beneath the vanity had deteriorated and needed to be rebuilt from the joists up before any finish work could happen. Once the structure was sound, the room was reborn with grey stone-look tile, a vertical wood accent panel, and a full brass fixture package: a floating brass-leg console sink, a brass gooseneck faucet, a round brass-framed mirror, and a two-globe brass sconce. A new one-piece toilet and wood-look plank flooring complete the space.
